Engaging, Enlightening & Energizing the Next Gen of FM

The SkillsUSA Facilithon program provides students with their first experience in Facility Management by participating in a state-level competition incorporating a common-sense quiz, a 10-minute role play exercise and the overwhelming student favorite, the FM Challenge, an emergency scenario the students get to react to in just 3 minutes. The Facilithon program shows students how great this great varied career path is and connects them with our pipeline to scholarships, internships, job shadow, mentoring and direct placement programs.
